The HYPE project, supported by the Erasmus+ programme, is a transformative initiative aimed at enhancing emotional intelligence (EQ) and social skills in youth work. With a mission to empower young people, particularly low school performers, early school leavers, and NEETs (Not in Employment, Education, or Training), HYPE provides innovative resources to support their personal and professional growth. Through strategic collaboration and non-formal education methods, the project equips youth workers with the tools needed to foster self-awareness, emotional regulation, and social adaptability among young people.
